Made from Earth skin care was designed to create organic and chemical free skincare that uses potent plants and organic ingredients as solutions. The company was first started as Face Organics LLC in the mid 1990s when a group of beauty professionals and product formulators left larger skin care corporations and scientifically tested the use of organic and chemical free ingredients in skincare formulations. Made from Earth is known for its agricultural raw materials which come from organically certified farms – they work closely with local farmers in protecting the environment and support farming communities as opposed to the petrochemical industry.
Different skin types require different skin care products to work. Chemical-based products usually suppress symptoms without dealing with the cause of the skin problem. For example, when someone has acne, they use a chemical antibacterial agent to kill the pimples. Made from Earth recommends a system of organic and chemical free solutions that are derived from fruit and plant extracts, like rosehip and hibiscus.
There are two signature Made from Earth products, which are also their best sellers. Do you follow shaklee at all? This sounds a lot like the business model that company has created with their vitamins, and now other household products. Not sure if they do beauty products, but they have closed off farms that they monitor across the world. It is strictly organic materials, and it shows in the end.

I was very pleased to see that these products are not tested on animals (a very important factor for me). However on their website it states the products are vegan. Yet the holistic honey scrub is made from honey…hmm
Just because the honey is organic, doesn’t mean it is cruelty free.

Organic and chemical free products become more popular nowadays. Just a few years age my sister wrote a research paper concerning this issue.

I just started using these products on my face. They are wonderful and I’ve noticed a difference already in my skin’s appearance and texture. I highly recommend them.
I have tried several products that were made from plant oils / extracts, etc…but they left my skin feeling either feeling too oily or too dry and uncomfortable. perhaps I’ll give this Made From Earth line a try. Thanks for the idea.
